How do I get my tickets?

It depends on the type of ticket you’ve booked - this will be clearly shown when you book and on your order confirmation.

E-tickets (most common)

Most of our events use e-tickets.

Your e-tickets will be sent 48 hours before the show by both text message and email.

You can print them off or simply show them on your phone - whichever you prefer.

💡 Tip: Make sure your email address and mobile number are correct so your tickets reach you without delay.

Collect at Box Office

If your tickets are for box office collection, they’ll be ready to pick up from one hour before the show at the venue.

Please bring photo ID matching the name on your booking to collect your tickets.

Tickets sent by post

If your tickets are being posted, expect them to arrive up to five days before the show.

If they haven’t arrived by then, just get in touch with our team and we’ll help right away.
