I can’t find my tickets - what should I do?
If it’s more than 48 hours before the show, and your tickets are e-tickets, don’t worry - your tickets just haven’t been sent yet.
E-tickets are sent by text and email 48 hours before your show date.
If it’s less than 48 hours before the show and you still can’t find them:
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Entertainers Tickets.
Search your inbox for the event name.
Check your text messages — tickets are also sent by SMS.
Still can’t find them? Contact our team and we’ll resend them.
If your tickets were being sent by post
Postal tickets are usually dispatched well in advance and should arrive up to five days before the show.
If it’s within five days of the event and you haven’t received them, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work with the venue or box office to arrange replacement tickets or collection on the day of the show, so you don’t miss out.
