How do I check my order status?

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
This email confirms your order and includes all your event details.
If you’ve created an account with Entertainers Tickets, you can also log in anytime to view your bookings and check your ticket type (e-ticket, postal, or box office collection).
💡 Tip: If you haven’t received your confirmation after 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't find your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will resend it.
