Can I change the name on my tickets?

If you’ve booked e-tickets, they can be easily transferred once you receive them - usually 48 hours before the show.
When your e-tickets arrive, just press ‘Share’ to send them to another person via WhatsApp, message, email, or any other sharing option on your device.
Most events don’t require the lead booker to attend, so you’re free to share tickets with friends or family.
If an event does require the lead booker to be present, this will be clearly stated on your confirmation email.
💡 Tip: Always share tickets directly from your text message to make sure the QR code remains valid.
