What happens if my event is rescheduled or cancelled?

If your event is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date — you don’t need to do anything.

We’ll email and text you as soon as a new date is confirmed.

If your event is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed automatically, and we’ll notify you once it’s on its way.
