How do refunds work?

If your event is cancelled, you’ll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method - there’s nothing you need to do.

If your event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you can’t make the new date, just contact us and we’ll arrange a refund for you.

Refunds are always processed to the same payment method used when booking, and we’ll confirm by email once it’s been issued.

Tickets are non-refundable under any other circumstance, as stated in the booking terms and conditions.

💡 Tip: If you can’t attend, e-tickets can often be shared or transferred to a friend once they’re sent out 48 hours before the show.
