When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been processed, it usually appears within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you’ve waited longer than 10 working days, please contact your bank first to check the status - if they can’t locate it, just get in touch with us and we’ll look into it for you.
